4 OZ MARSCOPONE
¾ SUGAR
2 PKGS LADY FINGERS
1 SINGLE FROZEN OR HOME MADE PIE CRUST
POWERED SUGAR
1/3 CP CANDIED ORANGE PIECES
½ CP 70% CHOCOLATE –CUT INTO PIECES
3 TBLS TRIPLE SEC
CONFECTIONERS SUGAR

BAKE SINGLE PIE CRUST IN DEP SIDED DISH
CRUST DOES NOT HAVE TO COME UP THE SIDES
350 – 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL BROWN

IN BOWL MIX RICOTTA, MARSCOPONE AND SUGAR
USE MIXER UNTIL LIGHTLY MIXED
ADD 1 TRIPLE SEC
ADD ORANGE PCS AND CHOCOLATE PCS

AFTER CRUST HAS BAKED AND IS COOL
PLACE LADY FINGERS AROUND EDGES
SPRINKLE TRIPLE SEC ON LADY FINGERS
PLACE RICOTTA MIXTURE IN PAN
SMOOTH
PLACE REMANING LADY FINGERS ON TOP
SPRINLE TRIPE SEC ON TOP

REFRIGERATE FOR 2-3 HRS


PLACE DESSERT PLATTER ON TOP AND TURN OVER
SPRINKLE WITH CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
