Recipe: Tropical Dessert (Bombe)

TROPICAL DESSERT (BOMBE)
BUY 3-4  DIFFERENT TROPICAL FLAVORS SHERBERT:
COCONUT
MANGO
PINEAPPLE
RASPBERRY

CHOCOLATE WAFER COOKIES (GROUND)

USE ALUMINUM BOWL
SOFTEN SHERBERT SO YOU CAN USE SPOON TO
PUSH AGAINST SIDES OF BOWL

YOU CAN LAYER COLORS-FREEZE AFTER EACH LAYER
COVER WITH SARAN WRAP
OR MIX (SWIRL)

AFTER FROZEN
USE WARM WATER TO LOOSEN FROM BOWL AND INVERT
ON PLATTER/SERVING DISH

PLACE GROUND CHOCOLATE CRUMBS ON SHERBET
AND REFREEZE FOR 1 HOUR

SERVE AND SLICE LIKE PIE
