Recipe: Pork Chops with Pepperoncini

PORK CHOPS (VEAL)WITH VINEGAR PEPPERS


2-4 PORK CHOPS AT LEAST 1” THICK
3 TBLS EVOO
1/3  CUP WHITE WINE
PEPPERONICINI PEPPERS
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

GRILL CHOPS 5 MINUTES PER SIDE


OR ON STOVE USE
VERY HOT CAST IRON SKILLET

AFTER BROWNING CHOPS ON EACH SIDE
ADD WHITE WINE
6-8 PEPPERONICINI AND SOME JUICE FROM JAR
SAUTE 5 MINUTES
CHOPS SHOULD BE JUST PALE INSIDE..NO PINK
TENDER AND MOIST
LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES SERVE
WITH SOME FRIED POTATOES AND SALAD??
AND A GREAT WHITE WINE OR A CHIANTI
