SPAGHETTI SAUCE
GROUND MEAT- COOKED
PEAS & SMOKED OR REG.MOZZARELLA
PARMESAN CHEESE

NEED A SPRING FORM PAN
SLICE EGGPLANTS -LONG WAY
GRILL WITH NO OIL UNTIL TENDER
MIX PASTA,SAUCE, COOKED GROUND BEEF,CHEESE,PEAS

TAKE SPRING FORM PAN
LAY OUT SLICED/COOKED EGGPLANT OVER EDGES
AND TO COVER BOTTOM CENTER OF PAN
ADD ADDTL FOR SIDES,   DRAPING
FILL WITH MIXTURE
FOLD SLICES BACK OVER TOP
ADD MORE TO COVER
BRUSH TOP WITH EVOO
AND SOME PARM CHEESE

BAKE IN 350 OVEN – 30 MINUTES
Then let cool
